Love You by Danielle Vertigan

I've been a very lucky girl!!!
I got to enjoy an amazing inspired weekend with some of the most
extraordinarily talented ladies within the Scrapbooking Community.
What a Blast!!!
It was the perfect location to create and today I'm going to share a little
creative fun of my own.
I recently received the NEW Colour Sprays.
So what does one do with new goodies????
YOU PLAY!!!
My first step was to spray along the top quarter of the page using the Rainforest
ColourBlast Colour Spray.
My next step was to lay over the Chevron stencil and spritzed lightly with water along the solid area.
Using the Rainforest I again Spritzed over the stencil across the full sheet.
I lifted my cardstock slightly to create a tilt so I could encourage the small drips.
Next I set it back down to dry.

Using the Leaf stencil I roughly applied the Leather Colour Paste.
I did this creating the appearance of a frame with the vines winding in from the edges.
Whilst still wet I sprinkled with the Bling Colour Embossing Powder and set with a heat gun.
The best way to complete this process is to do it a section at a time so that you can tilt off the access with minimal run from tipping the access off.
Remove any residue using a Clean Paint Brush once you have completed the
 process with your heat gun.

Using a Grey Stazon Ink and a selection of stamps
I added my next layer first using Birch then followed by script.
These where overlapping both each other as well as the Texture and embossed stencilling
At this point I positioned my photo into the layout.
And adhered is using a foam tape.

The Chipboard piece chosen was a large vine by Twiddlybitz.
I cut this into 3 pieces to surround my photo.
These where then inked. Two using a pesto Chalk Ink
followed by the Envy Embossing powder.

On the remaining two pieces I used the same Pesto
ink however this time embossed using the Bling Embossing Powder.
This was to create some variation in the vines.

The Bling pieces where sprayed using the Leather Colour Shimmer Spray then set with the heat Gun.
The Envy pieces where Spritzed using the Bling Colour Shimmer Spray and set using the same process.
I adhere the pieces using a piece of foam tape in the bottom right corner of my photo and glue on the areas of leaf that lapped my photo.
You may need to add some foam under leaves wrapping away from your image.
I did to help hold the structure.

My Love You Wood Veneer was coloured using a black chalk ink then embossed using Envy.
The colour dimension is fabulous.
a Funky Flair was added covering the foam square to the bottom right corner.
My embellishments where simple using the bronze metal flowers and 3 wood Butterflies.
There colours where perfectly matched for the layout.

My last step was to shake up the Bling bottle well then using the stalk I scattered some random small spots in the top left corner and the bottom right.
The intensity of shimmer is amazing.

I adhered the white base over Kraft cardstock.
added a touch of black Card again layered with Kraft in an off set border on the top and bottom edge.
My journal piece had the edges inked and embossed using the pesto/Envy combo.
The corner was removed to wrap the piece around my photo.
I'm so wrapped with the final layout and cant wait to share the next piece it inspired.....
Till then head on over to enjoy all your ColourBlast shopping at on the website.

Happy Scrapping Danni
