Hi, my name is Tenisha Furlong and I am the creator and owner of Colour Blast.
I am 39 years old who is married and the mother of a 9 year old energic boy.
We live on a rural property, where I have several horses that I breed and show – so my time is very limited trying to juggle my busy personal life and my scrapbooking adventures.
I have been scrapping for over 10 years.  Prior to scrapping, I worked as a professional in the legal field.  About 5 years ago I decided to leave behind my career and created an online scrapbooking store called ‘Scrap Elegance’ which is still operating today. Recently I was given the opportunity to branch out into the manufacturing field, resulting in the Colour Blast brand being established – to date this adventure has been extremely exciting and I am excited about the future of this brand.

Hi, my name is Melissa Struhs. I am a wife to a Cabinet Maker husband ( and yes, he is extremely patient with my never ending updates to the craft room) and a mum to a teenage son. He is the reason I began scrapbooking over 15 years ago when I was on maternity leave and I never intended for it to become a career change.

I have been teaching in local Gold Coast and Brisbane stores for nearly 14 years now and have currently been at Somewhere to Scrap for last 5. I am also on the Design Teams for the Funky Flairs Studio and Couture Creations.

My scrapbooking style could be best described as traditional, as I still love double layouts and combining gorgeous patterned papers. What I love most is incorporating hand stitching, laser cut chipboard and mixed media techniques to create the textures and layers in a streamlined way.

I am so looking forward to joining the Colourblast team and creating some inspiring projects and classes for the year ahead.

I'm Kaye from Queensland, Australia where I live with my very patient husband and a hoard of animals that I'm sure think they are human!
I've been a keen scrapper since 2002, and love all things mixed media. I love experimenting with new products and techniques. While I have taught previously this is my first design team position and I am very excited to be part of this wonderful team.

I have been scrapbooking for many years, as evidenced by my well-organised large stash and shelves full of albums! My life is always about the balance and juggle – as I divide time between my gorgeous family (husband and 3 girls), my rewarding work (full time as a Speech Pathologist) and my "me" time (Scrapbooking and Jujitsu). I have worked on a variety of Design Teams as well as Teams for challenge blogs over the years and have been published in Scrapbooking Memories. I love to use patterned papers, but also combining mixed media to create interesting backgrounds. Embellishment clusters are part of my signature style!

Hello I'm Amy an arty, crafty mother of 2. When I’m not working or mothering you will find me in my studio creating something. I am mainly paper based scrapper with mixed media love thrown in every chance I get. I can’t wait to show you what I love to do with the best Australian mixed media products in the market.

Hi there! My name is Amy Prior and I am a 30 year old wife and a mum, living in Kincumber, Australia. I have lived on the Central Coast here in NSW Australia basically my whole life and could not imagine living anywhere else. I have always been a creative soul and I find it hard to live without my paintbrush in hand or covered in some kind of medium.

My 2 daughters Mia & Chloe are usually the focus of my creations because I just love to scrapbook and preserve precious moments for them. My dear mother has a box full of lost memories I call them. My entire collection of childhood photos, is stored inside a shoe box randomly mixed up and if I ever ask my mum when a photo was taken or what occasion has been captured, she is always blank. No record and her memory failing, I was always destined to scrapbook and I started journaling at a very young age, including photos, magazine cuttings etc.

I hope to share my love for this beautiful Mixed Media world that I live in, with all of you. If I ever post something that has not been explained properly, PLEASE comment and ask me questions. I am always happy to answer and add more steps to make your creative journey easier.

I am so very excited to be joining the amazing Colour Blast Design Team and I cannot wait to help inspire you on your own creative journey.

I'm Danielle but over the years its turned into Danni.
I'm a mum of 2 beautiful kiddies that you will all get to know and I can't keep my hands still.
I run a hairdressing salon from home, a scrapbooking retreat business and I love to create. Scrapbooking was my outlet for a long time with babies, it became my timeout and saving grace. Over the years I've attended many classes and retreats which id say have moulded me into my style today. I little piece of everyone I've meet and learnt from has stuck with me.

The past 12 months has been extremely exciting with some of my layouts being published and I experienced my first term on an inspiration team. I'd say I'm very mixed media focused. It's my strongest influence.

The textures and colour are my favourite part. The freedom is what has really pushed me that way, I enjoy that there is no boundaries I can make anything possible.

My moto is "there is no mistakes" it's repeated a lot in my classes.

I can't actually remember the last time I completed a page that hasn't started as a white sheet of cardstock! You will rarely find much in the way of patterned papers on my layouts, if you do find it its been tinkered with!

Hi, my name is Farrel Tailor and I'm 33 years old. I’ve been scrapbooking now for about 12 years. I live in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales with my very patient Husband and gorgeous 3 sons Noah (12yrs), Oliver (3yrs) and Charlie (9 months). I am a stay at home mum and I try to fit in scrapbooking whenever I can, which includes running classes from home.

I love all forms of scrapbooking but mixed media would have to be my thing. I love creating layers and texture in my layouts, the messier the better!!!! I love stepping out of my comfort zone and getting my hands dirty.

I am so super excited to be joining such a creative team and I can’t wait to share my creations with you all.

I'm pretty new to the DT world but look forward to sharing my work with you all.

I am a mostly SAHM to 2 little boys and live in the beautiful south of Perth with said children and my awesome, supportive husband! I am also a Weight Watchers coach; after completing my own weight loss journey I wanted to help others and love my job!

I started scrapping around 2011/2012 with my biggest boys baby album. I started as a card maker and remember very clearly saying "I'll never scrapbook, I don't see the point!!" I heard of Project Life while pregnant with our 2nd in 2012 and started PL in 2013. I found my feet with PL and my confidence. Fast forward to 2016 and I am a scrapbooker, project lifer, card maker, art journaller and copic colourer!! I love to play and have found a love in mixed media over the last 12 months and am super excited to be a part of this awesome Australian DT. Thanks for having me Tenisha!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I live in Adelaide with my husband and our 2 young boys.
I first started scrapbooking about 10 years ago, but after a big break I rediscovered it with a life-changing passion about 3 years ago.
I love the fact that scrapbooking allows me to express my creativity and document my precious memories at the same time.
I'm lucky enough to have had a career in the television industry for the past 16 years, and I am in my craft space most nights for some 'me' time after the daily demands of work and family.
I am currently on the Design Teams for several challenge blogs as well as the Creative Kit Club.
I have been published in Jot Magazine and Scrapbooking Memories (including the cover).

I really love using mixed media, texture, and learning new techniques and just having fun.

I'm so excited to be joining the Colour Blast team!

I am Ree Peace (Janmaree) best known for my life that consists of being a wife, mother, dog-lover, teacher and crafter.

I have a passion for being behind the camera to capture memories and then being above the memories to document them. I have many beautiful subjects, in my home, in my family and around my little home state of Tasmania where we make so many of our own adventures.

As a teacher and a crafter I love messy play! My scrappy projects allow me to combine my love for mess with my fascination of pretty paper, glue, colour, texture and most recently arty-mess. I am so damn excited to be able to welcome ColourBlast products into my very minimal Mixed Media collection so I can become even more messy! I hope I can inspire you to do the same.

I’m Skai, 34 years of this world and I've been an artist since I can remember, making pretty things in all mediums whenever my brain pops an idea. I draw, paint, sew, weave, plant, potter and use mixed media on all the surfaces of my house, life and skin. I collect black cats, tattoo's and books.

My style could be described as dark, messy, textural and honest. I strive to document through my art real life, and all the emotions that go with being human. I draw inspiration from my environment, my materials at hand and fluctuating moods…

Hi I'm Sue. I am a SAHM of three (daughter Brielle and twin sons Hunter and Kaden) and we live among the beautiful Glass House Mountains in Queensland.
I have been scrapping for over 8 years, having started shortly after the birth of my daughter. I took an extended break after the premature birth of my boys but since my return, I find it need it more than ever - it's my "sanity saver".
My style can best be described as varied - sometimes it may be clean and linear, and at other times messy and eclectic. Feminine, masculine, grunge, floral...I like a bit of everything. What can I say? I like to keep things interesting! I mainly create 12x12 layouts, but do like to dabble on the odd canvas and in my art journal as well.

I am currently a design team member for Cocoa Vanilla Studio and Flutterby Designs and am so happy to be joining Colour Blast to represent another great Australian brand. I am passionate about supporting Australian companies, and I believe all Aussie scrappers should support our local industry.

Looking forward to sharing all my Colour Blast creations with you - let the fun begin!

I am a mother of 3 and work full time as a Pathology Assistant.

Life is full on but I always find time to de-stress in my Scrapbooking. I wouldn't say I have a style...I go with whatever I feel like at the time.  I love getting messy with my mixed media. Lots of colour and flowers.

I am Tracey from Jervis Bay in New South Wales, well from there for now. Both my husband and I are in the Navy so we tend to move around a lot, which is great for me as there are always new and exciting things to do and take photos of, which means more photos to scrap!! I like to call myself a scrapoholic which means that I obsess over scrapbooking!!

Lucky for me my husband has his own hobbies and together we have two beautiful, but cheeky girls. I have never been able to label myself with a certain scrapbooking style as I am very experimental and eclectic, I change style to suit my photos and the products which I like to play with.

I have always loved arts and craft from a very young age, but tended to jump around from project to hobby to creation. It wasn't until a friend dragged me to scrapbooking for beginners lesson that I round my one true hobby, a craft where I can use my love of mixed media, stationary, paper and photography in one, I am forever thankful to my friend. It has been about 11 years now and I know there are going to be many more to come as I love it as much today as I ever have.
